A junior doctor is in attendance on both the ICU and the HDU at all times. They are able to work alone, however they have constant access to more senior help and advice any time they need.
They are responsible for many of the day to day tasks required to deliver care to you. They are responsible for the admission process to the ward, initial prescribing and many of the practical procedures that our patients require. They take referrals from the ward doctors.
